Colton “Quadzilla” Bradley
Colton has been pursuing strength in sports since he was 8 years old. He is a retired gymnast of 14 years, has been lifting for 10 years, and has competitively powerlifted for 4 years. He currently serves as a military aviator. He received his degree in Kinesiology from the United States Military Academy and has coached several dozen national athletes between the Army, Navy, and Air Force. He aims to spread his passion for training and exercise science to the greater community to dispel the hoards of BS inherent to the fitness community and make YOU a stronger, more resilient athlete. He has written dozens of personalized programs for various goals - from brand new lifters to advanced lifters, to hybrid lift/run athletes, to Special Operations selection preparation. Colton has claimed a 502 lbs squat, 333 lbs bench press, and a 605 lbs deadlift as a powerlifter in official competitions. He currently trains with Big 3 strength as his primary goal, never losing sight of the gorilla aesthetic in the process.
